What data do we keep, and why?

Booking conversations managed by Fethiye Diving may include your name, telephone number, email address, diving experience, health declaration and booking date. This data is used only to respond, arrange the booking and plan a safe dive. The KVKK Privacy Notice explains the special rules for health declarations.

How long do we keep it?

Data is kept while needed for the booking conversation and service, and only for the applicable legal period where retention is required by law. When the purpose and any legal period end, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Who receives it?

Data may be shared only with staff authorised to manage the booking and diving safety, operational providers necessary for the requested service, and competent authorities where required by law. There is no third-party marketing disclosure. No card or online-payment data is held because the site does not take payments.

Security and your choices

Access is restricted to people who need the data to provide the service. Requests for access, correction or deletion may be sent to Lüksbalayı Tur. Ote. Hava Spor. Org. Taş. İt. İh. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. through the channels published on the contact page.
